Gorgeous place to stay, the food is amazing, the location right on the seafront is excellent. Make sure you stay in the superior king room with a view. There is a great selection of facilities in the room such as : an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and central heating.

The location is marvellous and stunning, 15 minutes' walk to The Lanes. All the rooms are tidy with a view and the staff are amazingly nice. The breakfast is delicious and amazing with lovely-very generous portions and avocado toast, as for instance, and the service is excellent.

Beautifully decorated and brilliant venue, stunning location not far from attractions and restaurants, shops and beach, and In Kemptown very close walk to the centre, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
